I did it as a post-camping wind down once I got home on Sunday and let me tell ya, the difference you'll feel when you're done is kind of remarkable.

It takes less than 10 minutes and this sequence is my go-to any time I need to unwind, whether that’s after a long week, a travel day, or an action-packed weekend of camping.

Camping involves a lot more physical activity than you realize while you're doing it. More hauling, more walking, more getting up and down off the ground. And sleeping on a different mattress — even a cozy one — is still a different mattress.

By the time I got home, my body had some thoughts.

After unpacking, dinner, and cleanup, I almost talked myself out of doing my rollout, and I am so glad I didn’t.
