you (probably) maintain your car better than your body 🚗


Hey Reader,

We are so good at maintaining everything except the one thing we actually live in.

The little light comes on in the car and we get the oil changed. No question, no delay.

But our bodies don't come with an indicator light, so we just... wait.

Until something hurts badly enough to stop us.

Until we can't ignore it anymore.

But you can replace a control arm. You can swap out your oil filter.

But a replacement hip or knee is never quite the same as the original.

And while it might not be the best ever, it’s always worth taking care of.

And it really doesn't have to be complicated.

Body maintenance can look like a few minutes of movement each day, whether that’s some time with your therapy balls, or lifting weights consistently to hold onto the muscle mass your body needs, or (even better) both.

That’s literally it.

Simple. Repeatable. And way more manageable than you’re probably making it out to be.

Your body has been patient. It deserves a spot on the maintenance list.
